If you have odors coming from your garbage disposal, the best thing to do is take a lemon, and peel the rind and put it in your garbage disposal and run it with some warm water. If you don't have a lemon, use about 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Speaking of baking soda, put 2 tablespoons of baking soda in a spray bottle and fill with at least 8 oz. of water. You can use this for daily cleaning on your kitchen counters, refrigerator, stove, microwave. Helps to keep everything clean and shiny.
Your cupboards can get grimy and greasy when you cook, just like your dishes and utensils. Dawn dish soap on a rag is the best grease cutter.
Do you have a white porcelain sink with dark brown spots. Coffee, tea, and soda being poured down the drain are the usual suspects. Either way these are really tough stains that are near impossible to get out sometimes. I use a Lysol toilet bowl cleaner (Lime and Rust). Use gloves, and put a coat over the entire sink and let sit for about 5 minutes or so, and watch it just turn white before your eyes. But if there is still some stains, use a magic eraser and put more cleaner on there and let sit longer.
